[Exchange/Refund Procedure Information]
You must receive it within 7 days of receiving the product via HELP@awende.co.kr.
After receiving the exchange/refund, fedex visits the delivery address and collects it.
When using another courier, if there is a delivery fee, we will send it to you in advance, and we are not responsible for lost items.
In the delivery box, write the order number, name of the orderer, phone number, etc. .
In case of exchange/refund, it must be returned in the same condition as it was originally delivered.
After product inspection, exchange/refund is processed, and card payment cancellation takes 1-5 days depending on the card company and bank.
